| 内容記述 | 【要旨】本研究の目的は，在宅看護論における演習のあり方を検討するために，医療機器を使用した体験型演習での学生の学びを通して，その成果について明らかにすることである． 方法は，A 大学の在宅看護援助論を受講した93名のうち，本研究の同意が得られた学生69名のレポートを研究対象とした．レポートは演習終了後に提出された「医療機器を使用する療養者体験および看護師体験を通しての学び」について記述したもので，これらの学びの記述内容を本研究者3名で分析した． 分析した結果，10カテゴリー，30サブカテゴリーが抽出された．抽出されたカテゴリーを演習目標ごとに分類すると，医療機器使用上の注意点は，【機器の特徴】や【機器を安全に使用するために必要な援助】，観察のポイントは，【観察内容】と【機器を使用する療養者の特徴 】療養者の気持ちや生活課題は【機器使用によるQOLへの影響】や【機器を使用する療養者の想い 】，【機器装着による効果】，関係する職種とその役割については，【各職種の役割】，【看護師として必要な能力】で，全ての目標に対して学びの記述があった．医療機器を使用した体験型演習を行ったことで，特に【機器の特徴】，【機器を使用する療養者の想い】，【機器を安全に使用するために必要な援助】について学んでおり，今後はフィードバックの必要性が示唆された． Abstract: The purpose of this study is to clarify the outcome of studentsʼ learning in experience-based exercises using medical apparatus, in order to discuss ideal exercises in Home Care Nursing Theory. The method was to study the reports written by 69 students who agreed with this research out of 93 students who attended Home Care Nursing Theory at University A. Their reports submitted after the exercises were about “learning through the experience as a patient and as a nurse using medical apparatus,” and 3 co-authors analyzed them. As a result of the analysis, 10 categories and 30 subcategories were extracted The extracted categories were classified, according to the goals of exercises, into “characteristics of apparatus” and “necessary support for using apparatus safely” for notes for the use of medical apparatus, “observation contents” and “characteristics of a patient using apparatus” for the points of observation, “influence of the use of apparatus on QOL,” “thoughts of a patient using apparatus,” and “effects of apparatus” for the thoughts of patients and the issues in their living, and “roles of each occupation” and “necessary skills as a nurse” for related occupations and their roles. For all goals, some learning contents existed. Through the experience-based exercises using medical apparatus, the students learned mainly “characteristics of apparatus,” “thoughts of patients using apparatus,” and “necessary support for using apparatus safely.” This exercises indicates the necessity of feedback. |
