First of all, only mental powers of human beings (especially,these are normal judgment and reflective judgment ) and their several functions are mainly argued in it. Above all, this argument deals with the reflective judgment, strictly in detail with the functions for this judgment to subsume. Thus when only empirically special case are given to this judgment, always unchangeable principles in nature are eagerly searched for by this judgment.By means of these functions to this kind of judgment, aesthetic judgment ( A ist schön ) is approved for all the people. And besides here mentioned principles are not even based on the laws of nature for Kant's natural philosophy, much less the laws of freedom for his moral philosophy. It assigns this principle the mere subjective principles ( die Zweckmäßkeit ) based on a certain purpose ( a good ).
