【報告】大学学園祭を活用した検診車による子宮頸がん検診の試み : 2015年度から2021年度の報告 中野, 智裕 ナカノ, トモヒロ 濱田, 維子 ハマダ, ユキコ 新地, 裕子 シンチ, ユウコ 富崎, 祥子 トミサキ, ショウコ 平井, 美緒 ヒライ, ミオ NAKANO, Tomohiro HAMADA, Yukiko SHINCHI, Yuko TOMISAKI, Syoko HIRAI, Mio 純真学園大学 子宮頸がん検診 検診受診率 学園祭 女子大生 ヒト乳頭腫ウイルス Cervical cancer examination Cancer screening consultation rate University school festival Female university student Human papilloma virus application/pdf 福岡県は2008年3月に「福岡県がん対策推進計画：第１期」を策定したが，福岡県下での子宮頸がん検診受診率は，2014年度の32.9％をピークとして2019年度は14.6％であり，目標の50％を超えなかった．2018年度からは第3期としての「福岡県がん対策推進計画」が策定され2023年度までの受診率の目標として50％が掲げられている．我々は若年者世代である，女子大学生に子宮頸がん検診への啓蒙を図る一環として，子宮頸がんの原因や早期発見・検診の意義について啓蒙活動を行うと共に，本学学園祭に検診車を招請する取り組みを2012年度から行っている． 今回の報告は2015年度からの結果として，総検診受診者数は384名，要精検者数は9名，要精査割合は2.3%であった．学生にはこの検診をきっかけにして将来的にも継続して検診を受診して欲しいと考える． Fukuoka Prefecture formulated the "Fukuoka Prefecture Cancer Control Promotion Plan: 1st Phase" in March 2008. The rate of cervical cancer screening in Fukuoka Prefecture peaked at 32.9% in fiscal year (FY) 2014; this rate was only 14.6% in FY2019 and did not reach the target rate of 50%. In the third phase, the cervical cancer screening rate in Fukuoka Prefecture from FY2018 was established as 50% by FY2023. As part of our efforts to educate young female university students about cervical cancer screening, we have been conducting educational activities on the causes of cervical cancer and the importance of early detection and screening. We have arranged for a mobile screening vehicle to be present at our school festivals since FY2012. The total number of students who underwent screening for cervical cancer in FY2015 was 384, with 9 (2.3%) students requiring further examination.
