{"created":"2023-05-15T12:13:40.691120+00:00","id":109,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"6d12628d-f8fa-4f24-b559-6d81a01b18f5"},"_deposit":{"created_by":12,"id":"109","owners":[12],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"109"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:junshin.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000109","sets":["1:6:88:14"]},"author_link":["170"],"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2015-03","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"4","bibliographicPageEnd":"94","bibliographicPageStart":"89","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"純真学園大学雑誌"},{"bibliographic_title":"Journal of Junshin Gakuen University, Faculty of Health Sciences","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_19":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"要旨 : 透析液製造に用いられる透析用水(以下,RO水)の質は細菌やエンドトキシンなどの生物学的汚染を中心に検討されているが,水道水由来の塩素や消毒副生成物などを代表とする化学的汚染も重要である. 化学的汚染物質は分子量が極めて小さく,ET捕捉フィルターでは除去することが不可能であるが,透析液中における化学的汚染の知見は少ない. \nそこで今回,トリハロメタンなどの揮発性有機化合物(以下,VOC)を高感度に測定できるパージ&トラップGC/MS法を用いて,RO水中のVOC汚染の現状を調査した. \n 異なるRO装置3機種にて,原水,活性炭処理水,RO水中のVOC濃度をパージ&トラップGC/MSにて測定した結果,すべてのRO水中から消毒副生成物の一つであるクロロホルムが高濃度に検出された. また、装置によっては,ブロモジクロロメタン,ジブロモクロロメタン,ブロモホルムが検出された. \n VOCには発ガン性を有するものや肝臓等への臓器毒性を持つものが多く,大量の透析液に頻繁に暴露される透析患者では,極低濃度のVOCでも長期暴露による生体への悪影響が懸念される. 化学的汚染を視野に入れた透析液清浄化を行うためには,RO装置の設計見直しや管理手法の再構築を行う必要があると考える. \n\nQuality of Reverse Osmosis (RO) water for manufacturing dialysis fluid is mainly considered biological contamination of bacteria or endotoxin, but it is also important that we consider chemical contamination representative chlorine or disinfection byproduct of tap water. Molecular weight of chemical contamination is extremely small, it is impossible to remove by endotoxin retentive filter. However, no detailed reports of chemical contamination in the dialysis fluid were kept.\nIn this study, I report on the Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) contamination in RO water by the use of purge and trap GC / MS. \nI measured VOC concentration of tap water, activated carbon treatment water and RO water of RO equipment in 3 facilities by the use of purge and trap GC / MS. The result of a survey, it is detected high-concentration Chloroform of one of the disinfection byproduct in all RO water. And it is detected Bromodichloromethane, Dibromochloromethane, Bromoform depending on the RO equipment.\nVOC mostly has carcinogenicity or organ toxicity, dialysis patient who is frequently exposed to a heavy dialysis fluid is concerns about a bad effect to living body by resulting from prolonged exposure even for extremely low concentration.
