@article{oai:junshin.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000110, author = {濵田, 維子 and HAMADA, Yukiko and ニ重作, 清子 and FUTAESAKU, Kiyoko}, issue = {4}, journal = {純真学園大学雑誌, Journal of Junshin Gakuen University, Faculty of Health Sciences}, month = {}, note = {application/pdf, 要旨 : 看護大学生に対する一連のキャリア支援を整理し評価するとともに,今後の取り組みにおける課題を明らかにした. 一連のキャリア支援講座,就職活動状況および就職活動に関する認識について,3・4年次生を対象とした質問紙法および半構造的面接を行った. 各キャリア支援講座に対する学生評価は概ね高かったが,就職情報収集行動のきっかけは個々の主体性によるものではなかった. また,学生の情報収集行動は,自分の適性に合った施設選択,学習への主体性,キャリアアップへの関心の3つの認識と関連していた. 主体的な就職活動の促進には,卒業後の将来像を明確化する支援が必要であることが明らかになった. 今後は,職業的アイデンティティの育成をより意識したキャリア支援が必要である. A series of career support activities for university nursing students was organized and evaluated together with identifying important issues for their implementation in the future. Questionnaires were filled out by 3rd and 4th year students and semi-structured interviews were held regarding awareness of a series of career support courses, employment activity status and employment activities. Although each of the career support courses was generally evaluated highly by the students, motivation for gathering employment information was not initiated by individual students. In addition, information gathering behavior among students correlated with three areas of awareness consisting of selecting a facility that matched their own aptitude, individual preference for learning and interest in enhancing career. It was clearly determined that in order to promote independent employment activities, it is necessary to support students in identifying how they see themselves in the future following graduation.
