{"created":"2023-05-15T12:13:40.780411+00:00","id":111,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"19afb859-87e6-431c-90b1-c15728a55505"},"_deposit":{"created_by":12,"id":"111","owners":[12],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"111"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:junshin.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000111","sets":["1:6:88:14"]},"author_link":["174","173","172"],"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2015-03","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"4","bibliographicPageEnd":"116","bibliographicPageStart":"107","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"純真学園大学雑誌"},{"bibliographic_title":"Journal of Junshin Gakuen University, Faculty of Health Sciences","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_19":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"要旨 : 本研究の目的は,地域包括支援センターの三職種(保健師,社会福祉士,主任ケアマネジャー)の職員について職業性ストレス(ERI)とバーンアウトとの関連を明らかにすることである.対象は,地域包括支援センターの職員275人である.努力-報酬不均衡モデル(ERI)と日本語版バーンアウト尺度を用いた.個人特性・労働環境とバーンアウト尺度の3因子との関連をみた.また,E/R比とオーバーコミットメント(OC)を2群に分け(低リスク群と高リスク群),バーンアウト尺度の3因子(EE; emotional exhaustion, DP; depersonalization, PA; personal accomplishment)の平均値の比較,および3因子の各質問項目の平均値を比較した.その結果,センターの三職種は情緒的消耗感が強く,スーパーバイザー(SV)が配置されていない職場の職員は,煩わしい人間関係を避けたり,対象(要支援・要介護者やその家族等)に対し機械的に対応する傾向があり,個人的達成感が低下しやすいことがわかった.しかし,SV自身が脱人格化の傾向があるため,SVをサポートするシステムが必要である.センター三職種の努力不均衡状態およびオーバーコミッティングは,心理的な疲労感,虚脱感を強め,煩わしい人間関係を避けたり,対象や同僚との人間関係,関係機関(サービス業者や主治医等)に対し機械的に対応する傾向を引き起こす可能性があることが示唆された.したがって,責任主体である市町村は,業務負荷の軽減を図る対策を講じることが必要であると同時に,個人においては、仕事に過度に傾注する仕事への対処様式についてのアプローチが求められる.\n\nObjective;The purpose of this study is to reveal the relationship between burnout and occupational stress for the three occupations of Community General Support Center (public health nurse, social worker, principal care manager).\nMethods;The subject is a 275 staff members of the Community General Support Center. I was using the Japanese version of the burnout scale and effort -reward imbalance model (ERI). I saw the relationship between the three factors of burnout scale and individual characteristics and work environment. In addition, it is divided into (high-risk group and the low-risk group) two groups (OC) over-commitment and E / R ratio, the three factors of burnout scale average of (EE; personal accomplishment emotional exhaustion, DP; depersonalization, PA; personal accomplishment) comparison of value, and, I compared the average value of each question item of three factors.\nResult;The three occupations of the Community General Support Centeremotional exhaustion feeling was strong. The staff of workplace SV can not be located, there is a tendency to avoid or troublesome relationships, corresponding mechanically for client, personal accomplishment is reduced I found that. However, because there is a trend of depersonalization is SV itself, a system that supports SV is required. Effort-reward imbalance state and OC of the three occupations of the Community General Support Center, I found that it may cause personal accomplishment emotional exhaustion and depersonalization. Accordingly, municipalities are responsible entity is required to take measures to achieve a reduction in workload.
