{"created":"2023-05-15T12:13:41.131497+00:00","id":119,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"dfe823b6-09f3-4d99-b168-73a3f91ab1a2"},"_deposit":{"created_by":12,"id":"119","owners":[12],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"119"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:junshin.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000119","sets":["1:6:88:13"]},"author_link":["185","189","184","190","188","186","187"],"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2016-03","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"5","bibliographicPageEnd":"53","bibliographicPageStart":"47","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"純真学園大学雑誌"},{"bibliographic_title":"Journal of Junshin Gakuen University, Faculty of Health Sciences","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_19":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"要旨 : 植物種子には血液型特異的凝集素の含有をはじめ, リンパ球分裂促進作用, 抗酸化作用,抗腫瘍作用等, 多様な生理活性を有することが知られている. 今回, これらの種子の中で,熱帯果樹のひとつであるミルクフルーツ種子に高度な細胞溶解作用を有することを見出し,その細胞溶解の生理作用を明らかにする目的で研究を行った. 検討内容は種子が持つ抗酸化力及び細胞溶解能で, 抗酸化力の測定は従来から測定されてきたDPPH法, 細胞溶解能は白血球癌細胞株であるHL60細胞と健常者の単核球(対照)を用いてMTT試験による細胞生存率について測定し, 更に細胞の形態変化についてもパッペンハイム染色を用いて検討した.  抗酸化力測定ではミルクフルーツ種子の種皮に高い抗酸化力を認め, 胚乳にはその能力は認めなかった. 一方, 細胞溶解能についてはミルクフルーツの胚乳にHL60細胞の増殖の抑制を認め, 種皮には認めなかった. HL60細胞の形態変化についてはクロマチンの凝縮, 細胞の縮小化や核の断片化を認めたが, 対照の健常者単核球には明らかな変化を認めなかった.\n 以上の結果からミルクフルーツ種子の種皮には抗酸化作用を認め, 一方, HL60細胞の増殖抑制には胚乳が関与していた. この細胞増殖の抑制は細胞数の減少であり, そのメカニズムはアポトーシスあるいはネクローシスのいずれかが考えられる. \n\nAbstract:It is known that Seeds of plants have several functions of physiological activity, blood-type specific hemagglutination, lymphocyte mitogen, anti-oxydant, anti-tumor, aging inhibitor , regulator for diabete and so on.\nIn this study, to clarify the physiological function of Chrysophyllum Cainito Linne (Star Apple) which is fruit having strong cytolysis function, extract of Star Apple was considered about effect of anti-oxydant ability and cytolysis function .The DPPH method was used for the measurement of anti-oxydant ability, and MTT assay was used for viability of the HL60, derived from acute promyelocyte leukemia cell, and normal mononucleosis, isolated from healthy person. Moreover, HL60 and mononucleosis were observed molphological change by addition of Star Apple seed extract using Pappenheim staining.\nAs a result, Coat of Star Apple seed have ability of anti-oxydant ability, and coat of Star Apple seed was never observed change of cell number. Furthermore, molphological change into HL60 by addition of endsperm of Star Apple seed was observed aggregation of chromatin, reduction of the cell, fragmented cell nuclear. Endsperm of Star Apple seed was related reduction of cell number and molphological change of cell shape in HL60 cell line.\nFrom the above, we consider that mechanism of reduction of cell number using endsperm of Star Apple seed is induced by apoptosis or
