{"created":"2023-05-15T12:13:41.304821+00:00","id":125,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"53e4472f-9c31-4afa-9961-a2eef39b08ec"},"_deposit":{"created_by":12,"id":"125","owners":[12],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"125"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:junshin.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000125","sets":["1:6:88:13"]},"author_link":["219","210","215","209","216","211","218","213","212","217","214"],"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2016-03","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"5","bibliographicPageEnd":"88","bibliographicPageStart":"81","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"純真学園大学雑誌"},{"bibliographic_title":"Journal of Junshin Gakuen University, Faculty of Health Sciences","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_19":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"要旨 : SPECT (single photon emission computed tomography)の画質は, SPECTデータの収集条件や画像再構成を行う際に用いる前処理フィルタの遮断周波数などに大きく影響を受ける. 今回, 核医学画像処理ソフトProminence Processor 3.1を用いて収集ピクセルサイズおよび角度サンプリング数や前処理フィルタの遮断周波数を変化させディジタルファントムのSPECT再構成を行った. さまざまな条件で再構成されたSPECT画像を用いて, 収集ピクセルサイズ, 角度サンプリング数, 前処理フィルタの遮断周波数の条件の違いが画像に及ぼす影響を評価し, 最適な収集条件および遮断周波数について検討した. またProminence Processorとディジタルファントムを用いた基礎的研究の有用性についても検討を行った.\n 収集ピクセルサイズが4mmと2mmの条件で検討を行った結果, 4mmの方が画像均一性および視覚的評価は良好であった. FWHM (full width at half maximum) を用いた空間分解能の評価は, 2mmの方が良い値を示した. 前処理フィルタの遮断周波数の適正化に関する検討では, 遮断周波数0.3~0.4cycles/cmで視覚的およびコントラスト評価で良好な値を示した. また遮断周波数0.4~0.7 cycles/cmでは, ピクセルサイズは4mmで良好な画像均一性を示し, 0.4 cycles/cmより低い場合は画像のボケが目立つ結果となった.\n今回求めたピクセルサイズ, 角度サンプリング数, 遮断周波数の3つの項目に対する適正値は, 現在の臨床で使用している値に近い値を示した. また, SPECTの収集や再構成条件の決定は, ピクセルサイズや遮断周波数およびCV値などの因子を総合的に検討して決定することが重要であると考えられた. さらに核医学画像処理ソフトであるProminence Processorおよびディジタルファントムを用いた基礎的研究は, 学生や核医学検査に携わる診療放射線技師にとり核医学画像を理解する上で有用であると考えられた.\n\nAbstract : The SPECT image quality and the SPECT data which includes:\nthe acquisitions conditions and image re-construction were greatly affected by the cut-off frequency. \nThe Nuclear Medicine imaging computer software Prominence processor 3.1 was used to re-construct: the correct pixel size; angling sample number; pre-processing filter; cut-off frequency and the digital phantom and used to vary the cut-off frequency of the pre-processing filter.\nIn addition, these combined were used to create the SPECT image quality that was re-constructed under various conditions.\nNext, we tested: the correct pixel size; angling sample number; pre-processing filter; cut-off frequency individually.\nWe evaluated the influence that the difference conditions of the cut-off frequency gave to an image and examined the optimum conditions and cut-off frequency usage.\nWithin our basic study, we found it useful to adjust the cut-off frequency.\nWhen using the Prominence processor and digital phantom together.\nA pixel size of 4mm x 2mm was used in our studies because we found from 4mm, this gives more image uniformity and the visual assessment is better.\nWe found a pixel size of 2mm worked much better for FWHM tests for the spatial resolution and produced better results.\nWhen testing the pre-processing filter, the frequency from 0.3 ~ 0.4 cycles/cm created good visual and contrast results.\nHowever, an adjustment has to be considered for anything lower than 0.4 cycles/cm for the cut-off frequency.\nWhen the frequency is lower than 0.4 cycles/cm we found the image was blurry.\nWe found that the correct pixel size, angling sample number filter and cut-off frequency combined gave the CV value.\nIn our basic studies of nuclear medicine imaging. We feel that using the Prominence processor and digital phantom together greatly aids in understanding these type of tests better for students or for anyone conducting these type of
