{"created":"2025-06-04T07:41:21.527417+00:00","id":2000092,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"6f5b5f48-7590-48d5-bc5c-fdb3d0afd3a3"},"_deposit":{"created_by":12,"id":"2000092","owner":"12","owners":[12],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"2000092"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:junshin.repo.nii.ac.jp:02000092","sets":["1:6:82:1746836280329"]},"author_link":[],"control_number":"2000092","item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"bibliographic_information","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2025-03-31"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"15","bibliographicNumberOfPages":"22","bibliographicPageEnd":"44","bibliographicPageStart":"23","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"純真学園大学雑誌","bibliographic_titleLang":"ja"},{"bibliographic_title":"Journal of Junshin Gakuen University, Faculty of Health Sciences","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"2011年3 月11日に発生した東北地方太平洋沖地震とそれに伴う津波により，東京電力の福島第一原子力発電所で原子力事故が発生した．\n帰還困難区域※である大熊町や双葉町など7 市町村では，事故後13年余り経過した令和6 年9 月現在も避難指示が続いている．\n　本学では2024年9 月に放射線技術科学科2 ～ 4 年生24名（ 1 名途中帰宅），引率教員4 名が現地視察を行った．\n発電所構内ではロードマップに基づいた廃炉作業が続いている．原子炉建屋の見学をはじめ，ALPS 処理装置や海洋放出を行っている様子も視察した．そのほか，特定廃棄物埋立施設や農業施設の視察も行った．\n　視察に参加した学生たちの意識調査を行い，視察前後での意識の変化を調査した．視察前では福島の復興がほぼ完了している（29.2%），処理水を海洋放出していることを知らなかった（12.5%）であったが，視察後は大幅に減となった．\n多くの学生は，福島の現状や原子力発電所の廃炉作業，放射線の影響について正しい情報を周囲に伝えることが重要で，視察を通して得た知識や経験を基に，将来的に福島の復興に役立つような専門的な知識を深め，社会に貢献したいと考えている．\n　今回の視察は我々，放射線を学ぶ者にとって貴重な経験となった．13年余りの時間が経過しているが，いまだ大きな原子炉建屋は壊れたままの状態で， 1 日4,000名もの作業員が廃炉作業を行っている．福島県産というだけで放射性物質が含まれていないのに生産者は風評にさらされている．我々消費者はきちんとした判断の\n基，福島のことを考えていくべきある．","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"The Tohoku earthquake that occurred on March 11, 2011 and the resulting tsunami caused a nuclear accident at Tokyo Electric Power Company Holdings Reiwa’s Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station. \nDecommissioning workis continuing on the power plant premises based on the roadmap. In September 2024, 24 2nd ~4th year students of theDepartment of Radiological Technology （1 of whom returned home on the way） and 4 faculty members visited the site.\nIn addition to visiting the reactor building, they also visited the Advanced Liquid Processing System （ALPS） treatment system and the discharge into the ocean, as well as a specific waste landfill facility and an agricultural facility.\n　Before the visit, the reconstruction of Fukushima was almost complete （29.2%）, and 12.5% did not know that the treated water was being discharge into the ocean, but after the visit was almost 0%. Many students believe that it is important to convey accurate information about the current situation in Fukushima, the decommissioning of nuclear\npower plants, and the effects of radiation, and that they would like to contribute to society by deepening their specialized\nknowledge that will be useful for the reconstruction of Fukushima in the future based on the knowledge and experience\ngained through the visit.\n　More than 13 Years have passed, but the large reactor building is still in a state of collapse, and as many as 4,000\nworkers are decommissioning the reactor every day.\n　Even though the product is produced in Fukushima Prefecture and does not contain radioactive substances, the producer\nis exposed to rumors, and we, as consumers, should think about Fukushima based on proper
