{"created":"2023-05-15T12:13:46.012850+00:00","id":232,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"f16a72ab-81b0-4561-bbf1-2379e359a152"},"_deposit":{"created_by":12,"id":"232","owners":[12],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"232"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:junshin.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000232","sets":["1:6:88:74"]},"author_link":["359","334","227","360"],"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2018-03","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"7","bibliographicPageEnd":"78","bibliographicPageStart":"73","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"純真学園大学雑誌"},{"bibliographic_title":"Journal of Junshin Gakuen University, Faculty of Health Sciences","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_19":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_6":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"【要 旨】[目的]学生が術後患者のシミュレータをスケッチした「ワークシート」の内容から,学生が観察した内容を明らかにし,学生の観察力向上に向けた教育に示唆を得ることである.\n[方法]A大学看護学科の成人看護学援助論Ⅰを履修した2年生うち,研究協力が得られた61名の術後患者のシミュレータをスケッチした「ワークシート」を調査対象とし,記載されている絵や文字を術後に必要な観察項 目別に分けられたチェック表を用いてデータ収集を行った.分析は項目毎の単純集計を行った.\n[結果]学生が観察した内容を分析した結果,心電図モニター本体やその画面に標示されている酸素飽和 度・呼吸数・脈拍数・体温・血圧,間欠的空気圧迫装置本体,ドレーン本体は80%以上が観察されていた.一方,酸素流量やドレーン排液量・色は10%程度の観察であった.しかし,少数ではあるが,間欠的空気圧迫装置の 圧力や1分間の加圧の回数,電気毛布設定温度を観察している学生がいた.\n[考察]学生は,既習学習内容である「フィジカルアセスメント」の知識や実習での経験,講義内容の想起をしながら観察していたことが考えられた.学生の観察した内容を想起させながら講義で意味づけを行い,観察力向上に向けた講義・演習の工夫を行うことが必要である.\nAbstract: [Purpose] The purpose of this study was to obtain suggestions for education to improve nursing studentsʼ postoperative patient monitoring skills by examining studentsʼ sketches of the postoperative care monitoring process based on a patient simulator.\n[Methods] The sample for the study consisted of worksheets completed by 61 participants who were second year students in the School of Nursing at University A and who had completed Adult Nursing Theory I. We analyzed worksheets on which participants made sketches of the postoperative patient simulator. A check-list was used to collect data from the drawings and notes on the worksheets. The data were analyzed by summing the scores for each item.\n[Results] The analysis revealed that 80% of the students observed the electrocardiography monitor and the oxygen saturation, respiratory rate, pulse rate, body temperature, and blood pressure displayed on its screen; intermittent pneumatic compression device and drain. In contrast, only about 10% observed the oxygen flow rate and the drainage volume and color. Rather few students observed the pressure and frequency of compressions(per minute)of the intermittent pneumatic compression device and the preset temperature of the electrical blanket.\n[Discussion] The students made observations during recall of previously acquired knowledge of physical assessment, practical training experiences, and what they learned in lectures.
