@article{oai:junshin.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000236, author = {松本, 美晴 and 赤木, 京子 and 木村, 涼平 and MATSUMOTO, Miharu and AKAGI, Kyoko and KIMURA, Ryohei}, journal = {純真学園大学雑誌, Journal of Junshin Gakuen University, Faculty of Health Sciences}, month = {2018-10-09}, note = {Application/pdf, 要旨 :【 目 的 】看護師の五感による観察のうち視覚に着目し,眼球運動計測装置を用いて視線解析を行ったわが国の先行研究の動向を明らかにし,看護における観察力に関する研究の現状と課題を検討する. 【方法】医中誌Webを用いて「観察」「注視」「視覚」「視線」をキーワードとして検索を行い,研究 目的に合致した19件を分析対象とした. 【結果】研究目的では臨床経験が異なる看護師の観察力を比較したもの,研究デザインでは横断的研究 が多かった.計測項目は注視時間が最も多かったが,注視の定義は文献によって様々であった.観察課題の提示方法は,静止画が多く,観察時間の設定があるものとないものがあった.観察力の評価は,客観的指標のみに基づく評価と,客観的指標と主観的指標の両方に基づく評価があった. 【考察】今後の課題として,縦断的な調査が必要であること,主観的指標だけでなく客観的指標による裏付けを行うことでより観察力の実態が明確になることが考えられた. Purposet: In this study, we clarified the trends of previous studies that have conducted eye movement analyses using eye movement measurement devices, and examined the current status and problems of research on observational ability in nursing scenes in our country.【Methods】Using Ichushi-Web, 19 studies with the keywords “observation,” “gaze,” “vision,” and “look” that matched the purpose of the study were selected to be analyzed.【Results】An examination of existing literature revealed that most studies compared the observational abilities of nurses who differed in clinical experience, and regarding research design, most studies were cross-sectional studies. Gaze duration was the most frequently measured item, but the definition of gaze varied depending on the literature. Regarding the methods for presenting the observation task, the use of still images, with or without setting the observation time, was common. Observational ability was evaluated based on only objective indicators or both objective and subjective indicators.【Discussion】In future, it is necessary to perform a longitudinal investigation, which may clarify the actual status of observational ability through objective as well as subjective indicators.}, year = {}, yomi = {マツモト, ミハル and アカギ, キョウコ and キムラ, リョウヘイ} }
