There were a little protein and the animal fat that the situation of eating habits ate at 50 ycars ago and an average life span was a meal with many grains, but the present age is rich in life and a considerable change is expected ill the eating habits. In Europe and America various countries, a quantity of starch intake does decrease, and quantities of lipid and protein intake increase, and a quantity of dietary fiber intake does decrease, too at the same time that the intake balance is bad, too. So We gathered urine to an object for 24 hours, and we analyzed, persons of advanced age who were in good health in Fukuoka-City, but assumed that we analyzed the food intake as the materials in a mass. Among food intake investigation, we accumulated the reality about intake of thc lipid which in particular gave influence to blood vessel disease. The energy intake volume was reasonable generally but the quantity of protein intake of elderly was high a little. The lipid energy ratio was near to upper limit 25 96 of reasonable ratio by 24.9 Yo. The glucide energy ratio was good by width of 50 % — 60 % generally. We classified the under 1200kcaI, 1200 2000kcal, 2000kcal roughly into three phases as things mentioned above (we call it l, 2, 3 group from a few ones) and examined the situation to take lipid every three phases.
