The results are summarized below:\n1. Both groups were found to be of low level of health and life habit. Consequently they must Improve the health level and life habit.\n2. According to the results of comparing two groups T-group was significantly above 3 scales (health level. exercise condition, and rest condition) than J-group, and J-group was significantly above only a scale (sleep condition) than T-group.\n3.
