As a result, it was found that the whole candidate's BMI was 22.2± 3.5, its average height was 156.8 ± 5.3 cn, and it's average wight was 54.6 ± 9.0 kg. Although, as for the rate of sufficiency of the amounts of inocuation, such as a nutrient and a nutrition ratio, lipid, vitamin A and vitamin D were filled, it is noted that other nutrients were less than necessary quantity. The amounts of nutrition ingestion were insufficient, but the balance between each nutrient was good. In comparison of the amount of nutrient ingestion of A group and B group, many Agroup were taken in intentionally. The whole amount of energy consumption was 1703.1 ± 278.6 kcal; A group=1739.4 ± 292.9 kcal and B group=1680.3 ± 270.2 kcal. A group had the middle correlation with the amount of energy ingestion.
