{"created":"2023-05-15T12:14:02.646032+00:00","id":569,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"9b0243be-b521-4654-81ba-9f4ebe11a09e"},"_deposit":{"created_by":12,"id":"569","owners":[12],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"569"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:junshin.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000569","sets":["1:6:82:93"]},"author_link":["1006"],"control_number":"569","item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2022-03-31","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"12","bibliographicPageEnd":"058","bibliographicPageStart":"049","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"純真学園大学雑誌"},{"bibliographic_title":"Journal of Junshin Gakuen University,Faculty of Health Sciences","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_19":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"新型コロナウイルスの受容体は上気道の粘膜上皮細胞や肺の肺胞上皮細胞で発現しているため、まず呼吸器系に感染する。このうち急性呼吸窮迫症候群(ARDS)となる重症化率は約1.6%と以前と比べて低下しているものの、重症化した場合は死亡のリスクも高くなる。ARDSは、重症肺炎による重度の呼吸不全が原因となり、CT画像で特徴的な所見をもたらす。CT画像診断は、起炎菌の鑑別診断は困難であるものの、異常陰影の分布や特徴から、肺炎の診断に必要な多くの情報をもたらす。新型コロナウイルス感染症のCT所見では、肺胞性と間質性のいずれの病態でも見られる所見が出現するため、特異的な画像所見はない。さらに初期症状の発症からの経過日数によって、画像所見は変化する。このため特異的な画像所見はなく、CT所見により鑑別診断を絞り込むことは難しい。しかし近年のヘリカル CT および多列検出器型 CTの普及に伴う診断能の向上は目覚ましく、その高い分解能が重症化への移行の可能性について早い段階で検出することを可能にしている。\nA new coronavirus infection named coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) firstly causes respiratory infections, because of the mucosal epithelial cells of upper respiratory tract or the alveolar epithelial cells of lung for expressing a virus receptor. The severity rate which transfer to Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS) was decreasing recently, however, making the risk of deaths is also on the rise. The ARDS causes by severe respiratory failure, which demonstrates characteristic chest CT findings. Chest CT image give significant information for diagnosis of pneumonia through abnormal attenuation and distribution. However, differential diagnosis of COVID-19 using CT image is difficult because there are no specific image findings for COVID-19. In addition, the image could change with number of days from onset.
