| 内容記述 | 要旨 : 救急医療の特徴は患者の全身管理, 生命の危機に対応する救命蘇生処置を行うという役割に加え, 他職種との連携を日常的に行っている点である. つまり, 病院内での専門各科との連携に加え, 今後問題となってくる高齢者対応もふまえた地域の医療機関とのチームビルディング, ドクターカー, ドクターヘリコプター事業における消防機関との連携, 行政との連携等である. 救急医療におけるチーム医療に関する特徴を述べる. Abstract : The special features of the emergency medical care in medical treatment is the point that cooperates with other professional department as well as the clinical lifesaving and critical care disposal is very important in work. In other words, emergency medical care need collaboration with other in hospital department, team building with a medical agency in an area based on the senior citizen correspondence which will become a problem in Japan, cooperation with fire department for doctor car, doctor helicopter system and collaboration with local government. We show that feature about the team medical treatment in emergency medical care. |
