| 内容記述 | 【Abstract】 We surveyed what Korean and Japanese college students consider about 'I(Yaku) shokudougen'. Many of students in both countries thought that their food is healthy. More Korean students in the food and nutrition course knew the word and were intersted in it than those in the non-food and nutrition course. The percent of the Japanese students in the food and nutrition course who knew the word was less than 40％, and the percent of the students who were interested in it was less than 30％. Most of the students in both countries did not think that they carry it out. It is necessary to propagate awareness that both Korean and Japanese food are based on the idea of 'I(Yaku)shokudougen' and that eateing them can lead to the practice of the idea. |
