| 内容記述 | 【Abstract】 The standard image estimation which contains the six contents of visualized area, fecal residue, adhesion of barium, solidification or cracks, Fine Network Pttern and moisture residue was proposed in the standardizaiton of bariumenema test. The quqilty of preparation was assessed using the standard image estimation. Own procedure basee on modified Brown method is routinely used in each hospital. 24(33.8%) cases in 71 cases examined barium enema test were bad preparation in these assessments. We discussed the causes of bad preparations which were routinely used all over the country. The following two results were proposed to decrease the error in diagnoses the error in dagnoses due to bad preparation. 1) Before the preparation, medical stuff asks patient about the bowel movement habitude and usage condition of laxative. 2)Measure of increasin the laxative and the water replenishment are taken for the patient who doesn't defecate once a day or uses the laxative regularly. |
