| 内容記述 | The roles of the teachers for food and nutrition in primary school lunch programme are very important, and the dietary situation in Japan has something to do with Southeast Asia. Therefore the teachers must have knowledge about the regions and cross-cultural education. They will help their students to understand the functions of food as the facts of the closed relations between Japan and Southeast Asian countries. One of the problems in school lunch programme is waste food. Reduced waste food in schools and houses may be expected by introduction of Southeast Asian dietary life to the programme. |
