| 内容記述 | The present copyright law was implemented from 1971. There is a library in one of the objects of the limitation rule of the copyright about the present copyright law. The copyright law was changed in many degree but the request to the library of the user became various to a high degree with the change by the social situation and so on. Each library has to consider to the copyright law when deciding a management policy. However, each librarian is worry at whether or not the library service is legal in the copyright law often. The copy which the library implements, has a purpose of the copy for the user. And the copy at the library has a purposc for the preservation of the library data. "Tama city public library copy refusal event" is the event that the interpretation of the copyright law differs in the library and the user. The library and the user disputed about the definition of the works unit at the trial. At this paper, it wants to consider whether the copyright law agrees with the request of the present situation and the user about the copy service which is for the user which the library dose. | |||||||||||||
