| 内容記述 | 新型コロナウイルス感染拡大に伴い2020年度の臨床実習を中止し，大学内にて臨床実習を代替することとなった．学生は，手術室業務に関する学内代替実習として実際に臨床で使用する内視鏡外科手術に関連する機器を使い，手術操作や装置の点検を学んだ．本稿では，新しく試みた代替実習方法の効果を検証した．アンケート結果の比較では，2019年度群より2020年度群の方が将来手術室業務に就きたいと回答した割合は上昇したが，統計学的有意差は見られなかった．評価・検討した結果，実習に対する総合満足度を低下させることなく，臨床実習と同等の学内代替実習を実施できた．したがって，内視鏡外科手術分野における学内代替実習は相応な教育効果があったと推察される． Due to the spread of COVID-19 infection, the 2020 clinical training at the hospital was canceled and replaced by an alternative training in the university. Students learned surgical operations and equipment inspections using equipment related to endoscopic surgery. In this paper, the effect of the newly tried examined alternative training method. Comparing the results of the questionnaire, the percentage of students’ intention to work in the operating room was increased in the 2020 group, related to that in the 2019 group, though there was no significant difference between them. As a result, it was possible to substitute the training with the same quality as the clinical training at the hospital without lowering the overall satisfaction with the training. Therefore, alternative training for endoscopic surgery in education was effective. |
