| 内容記述 | 要旨 : 近年, 医療機器による医療事故がマスコミにより, 多数報告されている。医療機器の安全確保が努力目標から, 実施義務へと大きく変貌したのである。しかし, 実施者の能力的な問題があり, 各施設でこの対応に苦慮している。つい先日もマスコミを騒がす医療器具誤使用による重大な医療事故が発生した。そこで, 臨床工学技士として係わる医療機器の安全性と問題点について法律や各資料よりまとめたので詳述する。 Abstract : Recently, a lot of medical accidents with the medeical equipment are reported by mass communication. Safe security of the medical equipment changed from a challenge into accountability greatly. However the potential problem of the enforcer is given to the correspondence and has a hard time for this correspondence in each institution. Swrious medical accident by the medical device misuse to disturb mass communication occurred just the other day. Therefore I describe safety and problems of the medical device to be concerned with as a clinical engineer because I gathered laws and each document. |
