| 内容記述 | 【要 旨 】 就 労 継 続 支 援 A 型 事 業 所 を 利 用 す る 統 合 失 調 症 者 の 就 労 継 続 プ ロ セ ス を 明 ら か に す る こ と を 目 的 に 就 労 継 続 支 援 A 型 事 業 所 を1年以 上 利 用 す る 統 合 失 調 症 者5名に 対 し 半 構 造 化 面 接 を 実 施 し た．得 ら れ た 語 り の内容を質的帰納的に分析した結果，18個のカテゴリーを抽出した．さらにカテゴリーは，就労継続のプロセ スとプロセスを支える存在に大きく分けられた．就労継続プロセスとして，統合失調症発症の時期から疾病の 治療への葛藤・疾病をコントロール出来てきた時期，一般就労を諦めて福祉就労に就いた時期，福祉就労を含 めた 日常 生活 が確 立し てき た時 期と3つの 段階 を踏 んで 就労 継続 出来 てい ると 判断 した． また， 就労 継続 プロ セスを支える人々の存在が大きく影響していた．支援者が就労継続プロセスを支える存在となるためには，疾 患の特徴や現在置かれている状況を見極め，信頼関係をつくりながら自己効力感を高めるように支援すること， さらに，生活のなかで就労が習慣化し，日常生活リズムが確立するように支援していくことが重要である Abstract: This study aimed to clarify the process by which schizophrenic individuals utilize type support offices for continuous employment to seek and participate in continuous employment Semi structured interviews were administered to five schizop hernia patients who had used the services of a type support office for continuous employment for one year or longer, Interview contents were subjected to qualitative and inductive analysis. A total of 18 categories were extracted from the results that could be conceptually divided broadly into ʻ work continuation processʼ and ʻentities supporting the process.ʼ After the onset of their disease, schizophrenic individuals were found to follow a three stage process as they sought and participated in continuous employment these periods were respectively characterized by) personal struggles with treatment and nascent control and management of their disease;2）the a andonment of regular employment and the pursuit of job opportunities via social welfare and 3）the establishment of a daily routine that incorporated their new welfare-related job. Furthermore, the presence of other peple who supported the interviweees during the process was found to be a crucial component of its success. Individuals in support roles needed to ascertain the characteristics of job seekersʼ disease and social circumstances and improve their feelings of self -efficacy. They also built trusting relationships to usefully assist these patients in the work continuation process. Another important function of supporters was to help patients become acclimatized to their jobs as part of their lifestyles and establish a regular routine |
