| 内容記述 | The purpose of this assignment was to investigate and to evaluate the health level and life habit of Fukuda Gakuen College Students. The results are summarized below: 1. Both groups were found to be of low level of health and life habit. Consequently they must Improve the health level and life habit. 2. According to the results of comparing two groups T-group was significantly above 3 scales (health level. exercise condition, and rest condition) than J-group, and J-group was significantly above only a scale (sleep condition) than T-group. 3. As a result of them, T-group was weaked on regular life habit behavior (meal and sleep), J-group was bad on exercise behavior and social behavior. |
